NELDHA's Annual Tea

Our Annual Tea was held on October 11, 2012, at Elm Bank in Wellesley, Massachusetts. Our Members and guests had time to reconnect and meet new friends while enjoying enjoyed splendid food from Gaveston Catering. Maureen Bovet presented a talk and slide show "The Parks of Paris and How They Saved My Life--A Personal Perspective," that revealed many little known garden spaces and inspired many of us to explore Paris as our next vacation destination.

A Beautiful Evening, Food & People contribute to the Success of our Annual Dinner

Everyone had a great time this year at our Annual Dinner at the MIT Endicott House. Speaker Linda Jonash, Director of Planning and Design – Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway Conservancy inspired us with the challenges faced, lessons learned and plans for the Greenway. Our members are sure to be the first to line up for a ride on the new Carousel and stroll the revised landscape! Landscape Institute Director Heather Heimarck spoke eloquently about the Landscape Institute and NELDHA and each organization's promising future. Stuart Ruggles described NELDHA’s dedication to meeting our members' needs and the Strategic Planning Committee.
